This is something I mostly don't tell anyone, but, um, I've been thinking a lot lately that taking a year off and doing everything EXCEPT FOR school -- which pretty much destroys me, so that I need all of summer to recuperate -- would be the perfect thing. And teach me how to actually be a functional person who can perform outside of academia. But it's not really an option. :( So yes, taking year off = Banui is clever!
