YAY! Glad to hear the positive housing news. I was just going to go to bed, but I felt that I wanted to check LJ first to see what was new (this is a very common feeling of mine), and I had to reboot my computer to get the internet running right, but I'm glad I did. I can now go to sleep on an optimistic note.

The coat works well for you. Seems to fit nicely, and it looks good, too.
