urgh work woes. i had a horrific day that was quite like that a couple of weeks ago. one thing i learned tho: if your job's anything like mine, which it sounds as though it is, they don't care nearly as much as you do. also i am sure you are far perkier than the vast majority of their employees, which counts for a lot w/r/t atoning for yr sins. :)
