OKAY, WHICH ONE OF YOU IS AUGUSTINE PRITCHARD?

Because that is either the most hilarious email I have ever read, or the creepiest.

(Also, L.M. Montgomery, Emily's Quest? Mark D. Greaves? THIS IS EXACTLY LIKE THAT. O.O Except I didn't write the end of his serial novel, and there was no smashing of heirloom crystal goblets at inoffensive stoves.)

All right, which one of you lovely people sneakily and anonymously renewed my paid account? *stern face* I was all ready to do it myself, and now I don't have to, and it was a fantastic surprise this morning. You are glorious, thank you! Oh icons, I missed you! *snuggles* And my marvellous layout looks ever so much marvellouser without the advertisements.

(And now I am going to get some fresh potato bread.)

Have been busy. Working, mostly -- Saturday, today, Wednesday. Have just checked f-list for the first time in two days. Want laptop that is actually portable v. badly.

Also, am tired at night for some reason. Clearly the world is tilted on its axis, no?

Just so you know, the post prior to this one was not even remotely posted by me. I mean, as evidenced by how it was tagged, for one thing. :p

[livejournal.com profile] balladrie is my shiny new et cetera journal, housing writings, art, mixes, and whatever other creative endeavours might crop up. Currently I am attempting to move most of what is on [livejournal.com profile] _plentyofpaper  to the new housing, and resolving to post far more often than I did on the old journal (the name of which is not very indicative of me-ness, and the trendy underscore has always been sort of galling). Of newer interest on the new journal, a poem, and my first completed foray into Whedonverse fanfiction. So, er, go have a look? Friend, encourage, bother?

So, the season four finale of Angel has left me with this insatiable need to listen to Dario Marianelli non-stop. I DON'T EVEN KNOW. It was weird enough that somewhere in the middle of season three, my brain said to me, "YOU NEED TO PLAY DEBUSSY'S "CLAIR DE LUNE" ON REPEAT FOR HOURS, OKAY?", and I said, "erm...okay?". I suppose it was a small step from that (the "Clair de Lune" I've got is the Jean Yves Thibaudet from Atonement, scored by Marianelli) to the rest of the Marianelli oeuvre (or what of it I possess), but, er. Well, as the Doctor would say. Well.

Feeling a little blank just now, and wishing things were in sharper focus, but I'm used to that. The good news is that I've got an appointment on Thursday with a psychiatrist; I'm sort of vacillating between not caring, and counting the days in my head.

And my paid account runs out tomorrow or the next day, so I'd just like to shout out to the marvellous Anonymous Benefactor, because thank youuuu. Seriously. ♥!
